christmas 2000 at disneyland first off i took pictures of the beautiful holiday wreaths from each of the lands. can you guess where each one is from? 
 
 
next i caught up with a few of the celebrities dressed in their christmas finery. 
 ok, which one is this? chip or dale??? 
now, who did i miss???? of course, how silly of me!! everyone's favorite top guy in his christmas best!  christmas throughout the lands. the emporium shows off their holiday spirit.  
frontierland gets their first holiday makeover.

mickey's toontown does christmas.  mickey's house  minnie's house  goofy's house doesn't he look cute?  donald's boathouse  they just love piling on all of their holiday ornaments and decorations.

christmas 1999 at disneyland christmas at disneyland is the most magical time of the year. here's some pictures from my trip. main street decked out in wonderful christmas decorations. that tree was absolutely beautiful with all its ornaments and finery  sleeping beauty's castle was a sight to behold  new orleans square holiday    return to top 
december 31, 1999 - january 1, 2000 these are pictures from the new year's eve and new year's day celebration. john and i were in the park bright and early on the 31st to staked out our seats in front of sleeping beauty's castle. it rained off and on throughout the day, but that didn't bother us. here is a picture of the compass in front of sleeping beauty's castle and people mingling in the hub wearing stylish yellow mickey rain ponchos.  here are some pictures from that evening  these pictures show the wonderful graphics!! that were displayed on the front of the castle.     getting closer to that magical hour...    just minutes before midnight, a special thing happened...wishing time. mickey and his guest came out in fron of the castle and asked everyone to make their millennium wish for the new year...and at the same time on the count of 3 make your wish come true by snapping your wishing wand it was quite a sight!  now with seconds till midnight, mickey atop the castle, lit his magic wand and sent a blaze of well wishes straight to the top of the matterhorn setting the year 2000 aglow.   happy new year! may your new year be filled with the love of family, good friends, and lots of disney magic!!
